Return Policy

Agility Auto Parts, we will try to provide the right part all the time. However, if a need arises to return a product for any uncertain reason, Agility will do it’s best to service the customer always.

You may return a part within 30 days of your order, if the part is:

  1. Accompanied by an authorized RGA #, which you can obtain from a Agility Customer representative
  2. The part is not damaged or missing components.
  3. The part can’t be used or damage to improper installation.
  4. Must be in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions.
  5. Customers are subject to pay all return shipping costs

Once the part is returned and meets the requirements above, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the credit will be applied to the customer’s account. The only instance where a restocking fee will not apply is when the said product is defective or an error was made due to Agility Auto Parts.
